Thermaglow Limited was founded on 7th August 1957 by Tony Behm and sited in the coastal village of Winterton-on-sea, in a redundant fishing net drying building just steps away from the dunes.
Starting with a handful of employees producing Mica elements for domestic electric irons and targeting the fledgling small electrical appliance industry.
Over the years Thermaglow grew to become a leading supplier to many of the UK’s major brands including, PHILLIPS, SWAN, MORPHY RICHARDS, HADEN, CROSSLEE, DUALIT, BLACK & DECKER, and RUSSELL HOBBS.
Foreseeing the change in the market to Chinese supply for these products Thermaglow diversified into other markets and today are the leading UK manufacturer of heating elements supplying a wide range of products into varied markets.
We continue to push into new markets, investing in new technology and welcoming new opportunities.
